My students have a significant drive to learn using e-learning strategies. They are what I'd call "digital natives". They have grown up with technology around them and using technology to teach them makes the learning process much more efficient and relevant. My school is a very diverse school in terms of student demographics, which can create some challenges. However, I like to utilize technology to give kids common ground.
