I am excited to implement a STEAM program in my school district this year. STEAM stands for Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Mathematics. I will be teaching students in K-6 and I will focus on developing cross-curricular units that tie in learning from all subject areas. Students learn skills such as, coding, robotics, electronics, gardening, engineering and design, and video production.
