I have 5th grade students who deal with many real world circumstances, because our school has a large military population. We are looking to use technology to support their learning and connect their learning to their interest. My students look forward to having computer class every other week. I am sure their excitement as well as their engagement would increase if we were able to do some of those activities on a daily basis in our own classroom.
