My students come from a variety of different backgrounds when it comes to physical activity. My school serves 4 year old kindergarten through 5th grade. Our population of students who receive free and reduced-price lunch is over 70%. My students enjoy coming in to physical education and listening to music while they are in activity. Due to the nation-wide obesity rate, it is essential that we help students to find ways to enjoy physical activity. Music is a way to motivate students during physical activity!
