I currently teach in a Title 1 school in Nevada. There are over 25 third graders in our portable and not enough books to go around. We are a very high need community and school and were lucky enough to get Smartboards and ELMO machines through Title 1 funding. However we could not afford laptop computers for the classrooms, so the other items are currently useless.
