Books are a unifying connector for all children to learn and grow. A rich classroom library allows for me to transport my students to different parts of the world , introduce them to other cultures, learn about their own culture and overall develop a love for reading. I would love to have a classroom library in which my students see books with characters that look like them. The books that have been selected will allow for that to happen. Additionally, this project also includes other high quality texts that are Kindergarten favorites. All of the stories will help foster a love for reading.

About my class
