The school were I work has 99% of the students under free lunch due to the low socioeconomic statues. The school community is very respectful and hard working. Parents like to be involved in the education of their children. Our students work hard for their goals, many times we run into hard time because of funding but as a community and family we strive to make our goals come true.
The students are very loving and are always willing to lend a hand to any teacher or staff member. Constantly, there are students at my door asking if they can help during recess, lunch, and before and after school.
These students deserve all the materials and experiences needed to help them in creating a brighter future.
