My goal is to attend STEAM and Technology based Professional Development to fine-tune my craft. In order to bring these back to my classroom, I need a laptop that I can use during these workshops as well as to the classroom and for planning at home. This will facilitate my ability to infuse STEAM and technology in a creative way that will increase my students' engagement in the classroom. My students love creating, whether it's through hands-on activities or through technology and STEAM-based projects. We have already been working on problem-based projects that involve real-life science concepts. Adding new innovative ideas to my pedagogy will benefit my students' success and love of science and hopefully, they will apply it to their personal lives.
