Keeping 4-5 year olds engaged in learning can be a challenging endeavor in a classroom setting. The materials and supplies that I am kindly requesting will help me keep my students engaged via live Zoom lessons during distance learning. I will use the Alpha-Bots and the Alphabet Sound Tubs to teach the "Letter of the Week." The Number-Bots and Math Manipulatives will introduce the numbers and help me teach various math concepts. For some of my students this may be their first time being introduced to concepts of the alphabet and numbers!
These materials will keep my young learners engaged and enjoy learning!
The whiteboards and markers will be a big part of my daily distance learning lessons to allow me to check for understanding. It will allow me to see which students need extra support and also to recognize the students and their successes. The students will be able to practice and review concepts using their whiteboards independently.
