Hello! We are very proud of the amazing program will have built for our gifted students in one short year. We are entering 10 teams into regional competition for Odyssey of the Mind, which promotes creative problem solving, team work, and spontaneous thinking. In addition to Odyssey of the Mind, our gifted students enjoy daily services, with each day focusing on one of the five aspects of giftedness. As well as gifted, we also offer a thriving enrichment program to our students who barely missed gifted eligibility, with these students receiving a weekly resource. My focus this year has been to provide opportunities for students of every age to develop and complete their own passion projects through the Genius Hour as well as to gain valuable background knowledge in order to achieve their goals. A MakerSpace is the next, natural, extension of this endeavor.
