We are a small, rural, K-5 school. Although we are not Title 1 yet, our school community is steadily changing. We have 3-5 classrooms in each grade level with 17-30 students in each class. We are still rebuilding our PTO and community involvement since the shutdowns from COVID. Many of our families own small businesses, run local farms, and work trade jobs. With several mega sites being built in our area, there is a huge push in our school system for technology. I believe modern education is important but the emphasis should always focus on doing what is best for children.
