This is my second year teaching 2nd grade! I teach in a gifted/high achiever classroom at a Title 1 school. These students are also enrolled in a dual language program which means that they will receive reading instruction (completely in Spanish) for 90 minutes, AND 90 minutes of reading instruction in English... yes, that is a total of 180 minutes of reading instruction!
