My students come from a variety of socioeconomic and linguistic backgrounds. What is similar about most of my students, though, is that this year in kindergarten is their first year in school. This means that as they learn academic content, it is equally important for them to interact and learn socially and emotionally! Our school focuses on collaboration as one of our school-wide values, and these materials will help my students work together to learn in playful ways.
