My first grade class is full of bright, inquisitive, loquacious learners! These students love to challenge themselves, work together, and help each other out whenever possible. There is truly never a dull moment in our classroom of 27 five to seven year olds!
Our school has been a mainstay of the East Harlem community for over a decade, and is commonly referred to as "The home that everybody calls school." Most of our students live in the surrounding neighborhood of East Harlem.
We are a small school with one class per grade, and although we do not have the newest technology, the biggest space, or most up to date materials, our staff and families care fiercely about providing the best education we can, and will do whatever it takes to help our kids out!
