We are a small rural high school in the foothills of North Carolina. As a small school our history department is only allowed so many enriching opportunities for students to dive deeper into content especially when our state's focus is mainly on American History and not World History. I would like the opportunity for my students to be enriched with more content and context from major events of World History that shape our modern world and even shape our country today.
