My students will use the Moticam Microscope Camera during microscopy laboratories. The first way I will implement this camera into my instruction is by projecting from my microscope. This will let my students differentiate between cells and tissues and their respective structures and functions. Once modeled, students will be able to identify, and to share with their peers their results. The camera will also give a live feed of the microscope that students can download and use to present their findings. Students can view the feed on their phone, tablet, or computer eliminating the need to draw observations that lack detail. The best part of the microscope camera is that it has software that can help students for quantify, measure, and annotate images to help them collect and analyze data as real scientists do in the field. The Moticam Microscope Camera will enhance not only my teaching, but my students' learning as well!
