Painting can help address color recognition, language skills, social-emotional skills, gross and fine motor, and is a means to engage students through their senses. Using paints during distance learning will keep students involved in the content presented to them. Painting is a way to encourage students to practice language, an area of development that is challenging for most of my students.
The interactive CDs will help with learning during distance learning and also when they return to class. Teaching students at a young age how to use technology is critical. Having my students be able to use programs that allow them to use a mouse or touch screen to learn various concepts is an excellent way to capture their attention.
Interactive learning is good way to help in learning for this age group and especially students with special needs.
