Music has been proven to help kids with their core subjects. It stimulates the brain as well as provides relief. It has been proven that being a musician can relax and reduce signs of anxiety. Performing music can also help a student with their attention span. I really do not want to deny a student that wants to learn how to play only because they cannot afford an instrument. Any help is greatly appreciated. I currently do not have enough stands for all my students. I would love to be able to provide them. I also have cases all over my classroom floor. I would like to organize them so the students are not tripping over them daily.
