Not all students can bring snacks to school for different reasons. Some may not bring them because they can't afford to bring them, or simply at times, they have such a hectic morning they forget to pack one.
I am requesting snacks to keep up my students' energy while learning and playing in 4K.
Students who don't have a snack to fuel their bodies in the morning may feel fatigued and unable to concentrate on their tasks at hand.
Childhood is a critical time for growth and development, and healthy snacks provide important nutrients that learners need between meals. Students should not have to worry about being hungry while they are focusing on learning.
Research shows that kids get nearly one-quarter of their daily calories from snacks, making snacks almost like the fourth meal of the day.
Having healthy snacks such as Bunny snacks, fruit snacks, pretzels, Goldfish, and Ritz Crackers available to students will promote healthy nutritional habits. These snacks may also make the difference in a focused child vs. one who is hungry and who is unable to concentrate and work. School is a place kids spend most of their time. Help me provide them with snacks that will help power their brains and bodies for a great day of learning.
