Students who receive specialized instruction often have a need for highly individualized materials. This is very true for my students, who are learning various content from the beginnings of numbers and letters, to addition, subtraction, and comprehension strategies. With a smaller class size, I am able to provide individualized instruction, and wish to do so with high quality materials that are tailored to my students' needs. I hope to create engaging, fun activities for my students to use while practicing various academics, social skills, or communication skills. I can't wait to provide my friend in class with awesome learning tools like file folder games, communication books, social stories, and durable manipulatives to use during instruction and independent work. At my awesome school, I am without access to a color printer. My students and I would so appreciate a printer and classroom laminator - the possibilities of new materials that are able to be created in my classroom whenever needed makes me so excited to find interesting things for my kiddos!
