My students are mostly from a very rough area. Our school really does have a great welcoming environment. My students are second graders who really like to do creative things. They have quite the imagination! They are full of humor and are so very smart. Some just need a bit more help to be on grade level. The goal is to have my students not only ready for third grade but ready for their future.
