My students have a range of disabilities and need various accommodations to aide in the learning process. As one of my favorite quotes reads " Children with disabilities are like butterflies with a broken wing; they are just as wonderful as all the others, but they need help to spread their wings." My class currently consists of 10 students (5 boys and 5 girls) ranging from Kindergarten to 4th grades. We are located in an ethnically diverse Elementary school in rural North Carolina.
