I will be making at-home lab kits so students can perform experiments at their kitchen tables. After introducing the scientific method, students will be provided with these materials, guiding questions, and other items (carts, goggles, plastic test tubes, etc.) to complete experiments on their own.
Google Meets will be used to share the results of their experimentation.
These materials can be used for a variety of labs (motion, force, chemical reactions, etc.) so they will be utilized whenever that remote education begins or on an individual basis, if only particular students are missing for extended amounts of time.
