The use of these gardening materials will help our idea of a school garden possible. We are in need of hoses, nozzles, gardening tools, etc. so that the students and I are able to tend to the garden. I would love for our students to plant, water, and harvest the fruits and vegetables in the garden. The area we want to utilize is right next door to my classroom. The students will most definitely take pride in being a part of such an amazing part of our school community.
By donating to our project, you will help my students with special needs and the other special needs classes as well as our student council helpers create our very first school garden on our campus. This will ultimately help all these students learn inclusion, how to work together, and how to be great community members. By creating this garden our students will learn so many great life skills as well as how to interact with others and learn to take care of something. I am so excited at the many learning possibilities with this project. Thank you SO MUCH for considering this project.
