Having these two-way radios will allow my students to communicate with each other and me from anywhere in and around our school. They would help set the stage for students to be able to go anywhere on missions throughout the building and grounds.
Activities using these radios will help students be mindful of the words they use and allow for more flexibility. Specifically, students can outline directions to various locations in and around the building and guide their group members to them by giving detailed directions from that location. Scavenger hunts and traveling group projects would be made possible in a fun and engaging way. Students wouldn't have to be in the same place at the same time while incorporating an element of mystery!
