I provide educational occupational therapy services to students with all types of disabilities. My goal with this project is to provide more opportunities for children with severe physical impairments to participate with peers in their general education classroom. Many of my students have cerebral palsy which limits the functional use of their arms and legs. They are unable to hold pencils to write or crayons to color. They cannot type on a keyboard or speak clearly. But they love school, learning, their teachers and friends. They want to have an independent way to participate, express their knowledge and feel successful at school.
About my class
