My students, as well as the other students on my floor, will benefit greatly from the creation of an "Activity Path". The Cricut Machine will be used to create the items needed to make this path come to life. I will create a "Follow The Numbers", a "Follow The Alphabet", and a "Follow The Footprints" path. The timer will be used to show the students how much time they have to complete each of the tasks. The use of these paths will allow students to release their energy while incorporating learning. This in turn will enable them to re-focus their energy on curriculum.
A good balance between learning and fun is essential for Kindergarten students. For some, Kindergarten is their first formal learning experience. Therefore, those students need motivation to achieve their very best. This will help them to work harder to complete their assignment so that they can have some fun time.
