Functional Academic tasks will be purchased for my students to use as task boxes for independent work. Specifically my students require more practice in coin and bill identification, counting money, learning about budgets, and creating shopping lists. Additionally, functional reading tasks will be purchased that support their math IEP goals, along with pre-vocational goals. Due to living in a rural area, we have limited access to any close community based learning activities; therefore, I rely on the wonderful activities that are provided by TPT creators to supplement areas for my students to practice.
