We are lucky enough to have 2 ELA classes in our fourth grade classes. Our students are really able to analyze a text when they have one to look at and really dive deep. Our students will be able to study these two novels for the first and last part of the year. They are great texts to explore story elements, theme, and text to self and world. These books will help improve students understanding of various themes and their ability to really connect to a book.
Most of the books we have are pretty old and new books would be extremely helpful. We are also adding new students in each year so having a correct amount makes a world of a difference.
