The materials and supplies that I am requesting will help my students and I to complete this project. In my classroom, I try to create real world situations while integrating our math, science and social studies. We are going to start a native Utah plant garden, as well as a pollinator weigh station for monarch butterflies an other pollinating insects around our school and community. The students will be learning about drought tolerant plants that are best for pollination and the Utah climate. In addition, the will be learning how to start and grow as well as maintaining these the plants in the community.
