With twenty-five students in my classroom, there is a broad range of academic levels. I have students that are reading at a kindergarten level all the way to a fourth grade level. By working with small groups, I am able to challenge the students working above grade level, meet the needs of students working at a second grade level, and help develop reading skills with the struggling readers.
