Our classroom is a resource room for students that have a variety of needs in the areas of reading, writing, math, communication, and social and emotional. A wide range of students come through my door each day including students with specific learning disabilities in all academic areas, Autism, Emotional disabilities, and ADHD. This is a groundbreaking year for our school as this is the first year our school has been open. We have chosen a wonderful mascot, "The Aviators" and want to see each of our students succeed and soar to new heights at our school. Since this is our first year we do not have a strong PTO organization yet in order to fund special projects such as this one.

About my class
