I teach in a city school, with a wonderfully diverse student population. Our students come from so many ethnic and racial backgrounds, such as African American, Hispanic, Asian, Portuguese, and Muslim, and from many island nations, such as Haiti, Jamaica, and The Philipines, to name a few. Our school is made up of families from varying socioeconomic backgrounds, but as a whole, we have so many parents who want to be involved in school activities and supportive of our school's academic goals.

About my class
