Flexible seating allows students to make the choice of where they learn best. Not every child can succeed while working at a desk with a standard classroom chair. Stools are great for students, as well as feeling more comfortable by working on the floor. Having lap desks will help students feel comfortable while also allowing them space to do work neatly. Many students today need to move around, whether it be to release energy or as a result of ADD/ADHD. Flexible seating allows for students with certain needs to be able to have those needs met. This project will help my students reach their full potential in an environment of their choosing and where they feel comfortable.
