My students are diverse in gender, race, economics, and reading levels. They are a great group of students with the potential to grow if they have stamina. Our school has about 800 students enrolled. We serve grades PK-5. Our school ethnicity makeup is approximately 88% Native American. We are 1 of 30 elementary schools in this county. We are one of several feeder elementary schools to the local high school. We are a great school that cares about the needs of all of our students. We promote growth in reading and math. We lack parental involvement. I believe teacher and parent need to collaborate to ensure growth with each student. My goal is to ensure and provide a safe, learning environment for my students. I want my students to know learning is fun and not boring. The staff actually care about their students.
