My 4th graders are always teaching me something new! Their genuine minds are always questioning, telling stories, and always know the best jokes. Our school is Title 1, meaning we have a high percentage of low socio-economic families, but that does not hold us back. My kids are always rising to meet my high expectations and they are willing to do anything it takes to receive the love and attention, I so freely give. We work hard to meet goals and strive to always put our best foot forward. We work together as a team to collaborate and meet the needs of all our students at our school. Our small school community treats everyone as family, where everyone is taken care of and supported. My kids are motivated by thinking like spelling bees, choose helping out a classmate rather than playing alone, love drawing and teaching others during free time, and overall are just kids who act like the nine and ten year olds they are. They love recess, running and anything that their teacher makes fun!
