Imagine a classroom full of special needs students who are low in math. Now imagine giving them the gift of mathematics. This math program with its interventions and manipulatives will provide my struggling students with more effective math lessons. These lessons are created so they can feel and experience the math. The sensory input of the math manipulatives will assist with allowing them to retain the information. The books and manipulative in this project will give them more ways than they have ever experienced to explore the world of math. I can imagine my class of special needs students working hands-on to learn and grow. Please help us fund this needed math intervention!
