Sanislo Elementary is an open concept school where students are excited to learn. Teachers know the names and faces of nearly all the students--even those we don't teach. Our school motto is, "The small school with BIG ideas," and we teach and learn those big ideas daily.
Most of our students are from low socioeconomic backgrounds and many come from homes where there aren't many books. Adding quality books to our classroom libraries will make a positive impact on both the quality and quantity of literature we can use for our teaching.
