We teach in an inclusion classroom. Our students are a diverse group of five and six year old children at all different levels of reading. They love to read and be read to. Our school has over 600 students in grades K-5. There are five kindergarten classes. We all follow the same curriculum and work extremely closely with one another collaborating and planning for our classes. We believe that our diversity is one of the strengths of our school. I grew up and still reside in the community and went to this school as a child so I am extremely invested and committed to the education of all of my students.
