As part of our library program at school my students love to participate in reading the nominated books for both the Beverly Cleary Children's Choice Awards and the Oregon Reader's Choice Award. We read the books together, talk about them, and then they get to vote for their favorites to win awards. The months we spend reading together, discovering rich and engaging texts, and celebrating when our school favorites win, is our favorite library experience each year. Please help us create a community of readers who love to explore literature!

About my class
