New books will help these kids to want to continue reading. I am seeing less and less interest with the increasing popularity of video games. The library that I work in has books as old as I am. The newer books are so worn that I have to try to tape the pages back into the books. These kids want to read, and I want to be able to get them some new books to keep them interested. They are constantly asking for new books that we don’t have in the library, and there is no budget left to purchase any new books . Please consider donating a few new books for these kids .
