We use puppets a lot in our drama activities. Students LOVE using puppets! Even the older students! We use puppets to tell stories, perform fairytales, do improvisations, practice voices, etc. I've found that even shy and nervous students "come alive" when performing with puppets. With COVID this year, every student needs thier very own puppet. We are going to make hand puppets with ping-pong balls and pipe cleaners. Students can keep their puppets in their desks and they won't be sharing them with each other. This will help prevent the spread of COVID. Thank you for supporting our artistic needs!
