My students are located in an industrial business district in the Phoenix area with a high population living in trailer homes and low rent apartment complexes. About 45% of our population participates in a free and reduced price lunch program. Despite all the odds that are stacked up against these kids, they have managed to maintain a top ten ranking in AIMS test scoring ten years running. They are part of an accelerated pace program that promotes above grade level math and pushing for rigorous work assignments in all of our core subjects. Our students strive for excellence in every class every day.
