I am extremely fortunate to have students who go above and beyond amazingness when engaged in their learning. I am also fortunate to be part of a school environment that values the arts and encourages teachers to use art in our teaching as much as possible. Each 5th grade student comes to my room for art lessons 3 weeks out of the quarter and I strive to engage their creativity with meaningful, appropriate, and challenging projects.

About my class
