30% of students in my class are identified with critical needs in main academic subjects such as Math and Reading.
My students are super excited to learn every day. Their enthusiasm encourages me as a teacher to find the best alternative to teach them the skills to help them to be successful in kindergarten. 100% of my students are identified as economical disadvantaged. They are struggled in reading and math skills. On top of that, their enthusiasm is often affected by the lack of access to online resources. Our computer access is very limited in school.
Students should be exposed to technology and online resources to be able to compete in a world driven by technology and computer applications. In my case, repetitive practice will help some special need students to improve their academic performance. By exposing my kindergarten class to online resources, I will ensure the development of reading, writing, math and computer skills.
