My students are English Language Learners attending a Title I school. Many of our students live in poverty and face very difficult living situations. Although my students face many challenges each and every day they appreciate the education that they receive and work very hard. Our school is very involved in the community. We live in the middle of a neighborhood so it is very important to involve all parents and families in their child's education as well as their school. Our teachers work twice as hard to achieve high growth for students and to help them be successful in their future.
