My students struggle in reading and they try very hard. The students are all inter city kids and do not come from good homes. All of my students are reading below the grade level and get extra help from me. The numbers of students that are below grade level are very high. I have four different grade levels that I work with. I have fifth, sixth, seventh, and eighth. These grade levels are very tough and need all the help that they can get. I have to meet the needs of all of them and to make sure they can do their work. Our school is a very caring school and always has the best interest of the child. We want are students to be able to be confident in everything that they do and be able to be successful.
