We are located in East Portland, an area of Portland that has changed a lot in the past 25 years. We have seen a surge in immigration from across the world, including southeast Asia and Africa. East Portland doesn't seem to be an area that gets enough support. I am also a long-time resident in the same area and would like to help change this.
