I teach special education Kindergarten. Every day, I am greeted with big and energetic smiles and hugs from my students. My students have various learning disabilities and it can be hard for them at times; nevertheless, like the quote above, my little butterflies (students) are unique, special, and full of potential. One way I have seen my students perform at their best is during computer lab time. It is fascinating to see my students come alive on the computer, as they are all on-task, engaged, and hard at work. Unfortunately, we have very limited computer time and we rarely get to use the computers to reinforce the learning that takes place in the classroom.
