I teach sixth grade in a high poverty, diverse school in New York. More than 50% of our population qualify for free or reduced lunch. Some of my students live in homeless shelters and do not have access to any technology. They love coming to school because it allows them to escape their difficult circumstances. My students are motivated to learn and enjoy sharing their knowledge through technology. Chromebooks will inspire my students to acquire knowledge in a way they cannot at home.
